First up, we’re falling back in a big way. Say “adios” to Daylight Savings Time and “bonjour” to Standard Time with a special one-hour live yoga session with Krystal Say. It’s from 5:30-6:30 pm ET, (2:30-3:30 pm PT), so you can sleep in and enjoy brunch before winding down your weekend with a bodyweight-only flow.
This is a community class, which means it’s free for TRX Training Club members and non-members alike. Have you been raving to your friends about how much you love our live classes? This is a perfect way to introduce more folks into the TRX Live family.
